Under Canvas Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at a year-round property in a outdoor hospitality setting. You will drive guest and team member engagement, ensure brand standards, and manage daily performance across all departments.

You will hire, train, and develop managers, cultivate a culture of excellence, and partner with regional leaders to meet financial targets while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of management experience in hospitality or hotels.
• Proven ability to lead teams and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Identify streamlined processes to maximize resources and guest experiences.
• Lead a multi-department team and communicate goals clearly.
• Develop and coach managers; uphold company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor property financials and monthly P&L; manage budgeting.
