Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and common areas of our properties. You will operate and care for landscaping tools and equipment, and notify supervision of any grounds issues for the landscaping vendor.

The role supports the maintenance team, assists with make-readies, cleans vacant units, and ensures the property looks its best daily. A high school diploma is required, with at least one year of related experience and strong English

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance of all property areas including offices, model units, amenities.
• Assist team in community events and make-readies.
• Pick up litter daily; sweep and blow breezeways; clean around dumpsters.
• Assist pool maintenance and water plants; maintain sprinkler system.
