Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Porter to assist with grounds, property maintenance, and overall appearance at a Kailua, HI community. The role involves outdoor work in all weather, operating exterior equipment, and heavy lifting to support maintenance tasks.

The position requires 1-3 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You will help with power washing, trash removal, and preparing units for market readiness, reporting hazards, and maintaining curb

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
1-3 years previous work experience required.
Performs outdoor work in all weather conditions and can lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must have reliable transportation.
Requires a self-motivated team player with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
Reliable and punctual attendance is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and other community buildings.
Remove trash daily and replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
Power wash exterior structures and public areas.
Maintain fences and gates and assist in preparing market-ready units.
Assist in appliance, water heater, and heavy item replacement as needed.
Work with maintenance team and report issues to supervisor.
