Job summary

Hunt Military Communities in Honolulu, HI seeks a Porter to assist in grounds and property maintenance across Ohana Military Communities. You will power wash, light repairs, and ensure the exterior upkeep of homes, amenities, and leasing offices while maintaining curb appeal.

Responsibilities include trash removal, light bulb replacements, playground inspections, and assisting with market-ready unit preparation.

Qualifications

Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation required.
Driver's license valid and in state.

Responsibilities

Assumes responsibility for upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors and leasing office.
Removes trash daily and replaces exterior light bulbs as needed.
Power washes exterior structures and all public areas.
Maintains fences and gates.
Assists in preparing market-ready units and exterior upkeep.
Assists in appliance, water heater, and heavy item replacements as needed.
Cleans available units, including carpet cleaning where applicable.
Maintains accurate records per HMC policy.
Keeps curb appeal by removing bulk trash and litter.
Inspects playgrounds and outdoor amenities; performs repairs as needed.
Delivers communications to residents and supports retention programs.
