You will collaborate with the maintenance team to keep buildings and common areas in top condition and ensure safety and cleanliness for residents. The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the ability to operate in all weather while meeting project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Capable of outdoor work in all weather and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to work sites.
• Self-motivated team player with attention to detail and punctuality.
• Adherence to safety rules and daily use of company tech platforms.
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, exteriors, amenities, and leased spaces.
• Remove trash daily and replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
• Power wash exterior structures and public areas.
• Maintain fences, gates, and curb appeal.
• Prepare market-ready units, including removal of abandoned items.
• Assist managers with maintenance tasks and heavy item handling.
• Clean available units, including carpet cleaning where applicable.
• Assist with snow removal (seasonal) and report safety hazards.
• Keep accurate records of completed work per policy and standards.
• Deliver communication to residents and support retention programs.
