Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and exterior of buildings.
• Remove trash daily and replace outside light bulbs.
• Power wash exterior structures and public areas.
• Maintain fences and gates.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and exterior upkeep.
• Drive company vehicle or use personal vehicle for work duties as needed.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of playgrounds and outdoor amenities.
