Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support the upkeep of Ohana Military Communities in Honolulu, HI. The role covers general maintenance, make-ready work, and safety compliance, with opportunities to advance across levels.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and hold EPA 608 and OSHA-10 where applicable. The team offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and experience required across multiple trades.
• EPA 608 Certification within 180 days of hire.
• OSHA-10 Training within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general maintenance.
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades with basic troubleshooting abilities.
• Document all work in accordance with company policy and maintain equipment.
• Follow PPE guidelines and preventive maintenance programs; replace filters as needed.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units including painting, flooring, and drywall repair.
• Perform emergency maintenance tasks such as leaks, fires, and weather-related damage.
• Mentor junior technicians and support team to improve maintenance operations.
