Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, buildings, and leasing office areas.
• Remove trash daily and replace outside bulbs.
• Power wash exterior structures and public areas.
• Maintain fences and gates.
• Prepare market-ready units and exterior upkeep.
• Assist with heavy items and appliance replacement.
• Clean units, including carpet where applicable.
• Drive as required for company business.
