Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect residents with Spectrum's high-speed data and communication services. You’ll visit assigned leads, present solutions, and drive new customer sign-ups while earning a base salary plus incentives.

Expect 90% outdoor work, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a total compensation potential over $100,000 with benefits such as Spectrum services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline phone and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager.
