Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and expand access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. You will visit customers face-to-face, tailor proposals, and drive growth with a base salary plus lucrative incentives.

Expect a total compensation potential well over $100,000 with bonuses and employee perks. Role requires 90% outdoor activity, evening/weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligning with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation including orders.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Hit monthly targets across Spectrum services (data, mobile, landline, video).
• Monitor competitors' activities in the territory and report insights.
