Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with local communities and expand access to Spectrum services. You will represent high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video offerings through face-to-face interactions, driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Base salary with incentives offers total compensation potential well over $100,000 annually. The role requires outdoor work, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a valid driver's license for territory travel.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for direct community engagement.
• Ability to listen, assess customer needs, and tailor sales pitches.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories and work evenings/weekends as required.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and Spectrum devices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum options.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Complete all sales documentation: dispositioning, orders, reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
