Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent high-speed data and communication solutions. This role emphasizes face-to-face interactions, meeting sales targets, and contributing to Spectrum’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
