Job summary

Project Resources Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Coordinator to be the eyes and ears on the ground for fiber networks. You will monitor 811 tickets, run an assigned route, and respond to outages while keeping issues from escalating, in an outdoor, field-based role.

The position emphasizes dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can work independently, drive regularly, and communicate effectively with clients and crews. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance as required by law.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and walk/lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily route and assignments.
• Drive an assigned fiber route on a recurring basis with substantial windshield time.
• Visit and monitor existing fiber routes to identify risks.
• Review 811 locate tickets, maps, and prints to stay ahead of digging activity.
• Log changes in infrastructure and respond to outages.
• Report to field leadership on quality and adherence of field work.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and homeowners.
