Job summary

Project Resources Group is seeking a route-based Construction Coordinator to monitor fiber networks, review 811 tickets, and respond to outages in the field. You will drive an assigned fiber route, plan daily itineraries, and ensure safety and quality along the way.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. You will communicate with clients and crews, log changes, and help prevent outages on your route.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current driver's license and reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
• Sharp attention to detail when reviewing 811 tickets, maps, and prints.
• Comfort working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service instincts are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and plan routes.
• Drive an assigned fiber route with significant windshield time.
• Monitor routes for risks to the fiber line.
• Review 811 locate tickets and maps to anticipate digging activity.
• Provide first-level problem solving and escalate changes as needed.
• Log changes in infrastructure and respond to outages.
• Report to the field to verify quality and adherence to the SOW.
• Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and homeowners.
