Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a 2027 Operations Supervisor for the Zion, Virgin, UT area. This seasonal, non-exempt role partners with the GM/AGM to deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage operations.

The role involves managing Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams, with a focus on customer service, process improvements, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven customer service excellence and ability to lead teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cross trained in multiple property departments.
• Communicate goals and expectations to the team.
• Oversee Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Housekeeping teams.
• Support guest and team member issues quickly and efficiently.
• Assist in interviews and hiring processes.
• Ensure SOPs and expectations are implemented and maintained.
