Job summary

Arc’teryx in Boulder, CO is seeking a Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor. You’ll share technical product knowledge, assist guests with problem solving, and act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community.

You will develop product understanding, support merchandising initiatives with the leadership team, process transactions via POS, and help with inventory.

• Ability to work weekends and during peak seasons.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
• Comfort with processing transactions and returns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experience to guests and assist with problem solving.
• Develop product knowledge and weave into guest interactions.
• Serve as brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and initiatives.
• Handle phones, voicemails, and emails; respond on social channels when needed.
• Process transactions using POS, manage warranties, used gear trade-ins, and returns.
• Assist with inventory receiving and unpacking as required.
