Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a Product Guide to deliver a best-in-class brand experience on the retail floor in Boulder, CO. You’ll share technical product knowledge, connect guests with gear for outdoor adventures, and act as a brand ambassador within the store and community.

You will collaborate with store leadership, contribute to merchandising and guest experience improvements, and stay flexible to meet the needs of a fast-paced holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class brand experience to guests through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Weave product information into authentic guest interactions.
• Champion Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support store leadership on projects and brand initiatives.
• Assist with merchandising feedback and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Handle store tasks and communications, including phones and emails.
