Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a general labor/warehouse associate for its barge facility in the United States. The role focuses on loading/unloading barges and trucks, handling grain, and supporting mine-based processes in an outdoor environment.

Expected duties include deckhand tasks, documentation, and adherence to safety programs. The position offers 401k match, medical/dental/vision, and paid overtime for hours over 40 per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial environment experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and attend pre-shift meetings.
• Follow OSHA safety and environmental regulations and wear PPE as required.
• Perform deckhand and barge loading duties with accuracy.
• Transfer, load and move grain to designated locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete documentation timely.
