Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a general laborer at a grain loading facility in Minnesota. The role involves loading/unloading barges and trucks, assisting with grain handling, and performing routine cleaning and maintenance to support safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication.
• Ability to follow directions and use logical thought process to interpret instructions.

• Ability to use tools appropriate for assigned task.
• Ability to meet safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fully participate in the Safety Program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Perform barge loading duties and oversee deckhand(s).
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate location; maintain grain quality.
• Complete documentation timely, accurately and legibly.
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping; assist with maintenance as needed.
