SP+ at Columbus airport is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests with check-in, baggage, and boarding passes at a busy airport curbside location.

You will work early mornings with weekend and holiday availability, handling luggage, payments, and customer inquiries while providing directions and flight information. The role is outdoors and requires TSA training and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in face-to-face guest service preferred.
• Able to work early morning rotations and weekends.
• Data entry or computer experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the desk and verify flight itineraries.
• Check in guests and their luggage, issue boarding passes and luggage tags.
• Process payments for checked bags and overweight bags as required by airlines.
• Provide directions and flight information; maintain a helpful, professional demeanor.
• Ensure luggage is secured and desks are stocked and organized.
• Adhere to TSA standards and airline safety policies; wear approved uniform.
