Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent at the Columbus airport to assist guests with luggage, boarding passes and information in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You will greet guests, process check-ins, handle payments, and ensure a high level of customer service while complying with airline guidelines. The role requires early morning shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Early morning rotation experience
• 6+ months face-to-face guest service preferred
• Data entry or computer experience preferred
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests/clients required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions required
• Knowledge of airline/travel industry preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass pre-employment background screening
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk and assist with check-in.
• Assist guests with luggage check-in and verify flight details.
• Input guest information for new enrollees or unregistered travelers.
• Process bag checks, including overweight charges where applicable.
• Tag luggage and issue boarding passes and receipts as needed.
• Secure luggage and provide directions and flight information to guests.
• Handle payments and cash transactions accurately.
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions.
• Maintain desk organization and uphold service guidelines.
