Istari Digital seeks a Deployment Strategist to own program outcomes end-to-end, embedding with engineers on flagship or lighter engagements. You decide what matters, sequence, and what proves each milestone.

You will interact with prime engineers and executives, shaping deployment strategy with a product-minded focus and a bias toward action. Travel to customer sites is common and you will own the customer relationship.

Qualifications

• We hire for judgment, curiosity, and a bias toward action more than for a specific degree or years of experience.
• Domain: allied military aircraft development — multinational teams, disconnected MBSE and PLM toolchains, and engineering data that must clear companies, suppliers, and export regimes before a design can close.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome of a program end to end: define success, choose problems to solve, and set milestone proofs.
• Embed with government and industry customers to understand their mission, constraints, and politics, building durable relationships.
• Set direction for a small Forward Deployed Engineering team and protect engineers' time from non-work tasks.
• Own the growth thesis: option years, follow-ons, and expansions from delivered outcomes.
• Feed field learnings back into product and engineering to improve the platform for all customers.
• Work on-site or travel to customer sites and events; travel is typically domestic, with some international engagements.
