Job summary

Google Cloud Platform is hiring a GCP Outcome Customer Engineer to drive initial and ongoing customer ramp, removing blockers, and accelerating value realization. You will lead deployment plans, provide technical leadership to customers and partners, and shape how workloads move from agreement to production at scale.

The role blends sales know-how with technical engagement, targeting adoption and expansion across Fortune 500 and growing cloud customers.

Qualifications

6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop and orchestrate a structured deployment plan across customer, professional services, and partner teams.
Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads, enabling faster consumption.
Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution.
Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize value and renewals.
