Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor - Outbound in Lewisville, TX to oversee outbound operations in a 100k square foot facility.

You will lead a team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping while enforcing safety standards. The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a lead role, experience with WMS and RF scanners, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in supply chain or logistics is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations and supervise the pick/pack/shipping team to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to uphold productivity and quality.
• Enforce safety procedures, follow company policies, and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with receiving, inventory, and other departments to optimize workflow.
