Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in Lawrenceville is seeking a hardworking Fulfillment Center Supervisor for outbound operations. The role oversees daily outbound activities, ensures accurate picking, packing, and shipping, and leads a team of warehouse associates with safety and efficiency as priorities.

You'll coordinate with receiving and inventory, monitor performance, coach staff, manage timekeeping, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, Monday through Friday,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities; proficient in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound department operations and supervise the pick/pack/shipping teams.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and conduct training to maintain productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards; resolve issues with departments.
• Collaborate with receiving, inventory, and other teams to optimize workflows.
• Schedule labor and manage timekeeping to ensure adequate staffing.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and order issues related to picking.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture and engage employees.
