Job summary

Shop LC in Austin, TX is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to oversee the daily outbound operations, guiding a team through picking, packing, staging, and shipping to ensure on-time orders.

You will manage workloads, monitor performance metrics, coach staff, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with Inventory Control and Receiving to resolve shipping discrepancies. A strong leadership background and experience with WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of outbound shipping operations and inventory control practices.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop staff; ability to meet productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound warehouse operations including picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Plan and distribute daily workloads to meet shipping deadlines.
• Coach and develop team members on procedures, safety, and performance expectations.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor labor utilization and staffing needs to support business demands.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Receiving, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
