Job summary

Encompass is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor - Outbound to oversee the daily outbound operations in a fast-paced warehouse. You will lead a team of pick, pack, and shipping associates, ensuring accurate orders and timely shipments.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and cross-department collaboration, with opportunities to coach staff and implement continuous improvement initiatives. A Monday–Friday schedule is described with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pick, pack, and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct training to maintain productivity and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and other departments to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
• Schedule labor and manage timekeeping for team members.
