Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and coordinating tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS/ERP systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to meet objectives and quality standards.
• Develop and implement work schedules to meet customer demands.
• Tour the facility to evaluate operations and enforce safety and sanitation.
• Recommend programs to improve warehouse operations.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and allocate resources.
• Lead staff meetings and manage PTO and absenteeism.
• Participate in hiring and conduct performance reviews with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations for each account.
