Cable One’s Sparklight team is seeking an Outbound Business Account Representative to connect with small and mid-sized businesses, presenting Sparklight’s broadband, phone, and cable services to drive value and growth.

You will follow up with existing customers, perform outbound calls to win new business, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce while showcasing how Sparklight can enhance client operations.

Competenze

• Proactive approach to encourage customers to commit.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing/call center is preferred.
• Able to direct conversations and close sales.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services.
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present Sparklight’s packages.
• Ensure customer data is entered accurately into Salesforce.
