Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to join our supply chain operations in Kentucky. You'll help prepare outbound orders, coordinate with carriers, and ensure accurate paperwork while using warehouse equipment and systems.

This role requires a high school diploma, SAP/WMS experience, and English proficiency; the shift is 3pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations and equipment like forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• B Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Wednesday-Friday/ Every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and relevant paperwork (BOLS, manifests, yard management).
• Coordinate with delivery carriers and supervise team; liaise with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into the warehouse management system and filing documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified.
• Shift: Monday–Friday 3pm-11:30pm.
