Job summary

Arvato is seeking an outbound shipping clerk in Kentucky to help prepare outbound orders, manage paperwork, and coordinate with carriers in a fast-paced warehouse. You will work with warehouse staff and operate or supervise equipment as needed.

The role requires at least two years of SAP or WMS experience, a high school diploma, and proficient English; you will be on a late shift (3pm–11:30pm) Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations with forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• B Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Wednesday-Friday/ Every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork (BOLs, delivery manifests, and yard management documents).
• Communicate with carriers, coordinate with the supervisor/lead, and work with Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm.
