Job summary

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk based in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on preparing outbound orders, paperwork, and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

The position involves data entry in the WMS, on-floor work with warehouse equipment, and potential operation of equipment upon certification. Strong English skills and proficiency in Outlook are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Experience with transportation, freight carriers, dispatching, or transportation coordination is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and with the supervisor/lead in the department; coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into the warehouse management system and filing documents.
• Occasionally on the warehouse floor; work with warehouse equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when certified by Arvato.
