Arvato is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk in Kentucky. You will prepare outbound orders, complete required paperwork, and coordinate with carriers while supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role involves data entry in the warehouse management system, documents filing, and occasional operation of warehouse equipment when certified. A strong command of English and proficiency in Outlook are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and associated paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and coordinate with supervisor and department leads.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and file documents.
