Arvato is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Wisconsin to manage daily order processing across shipping systems and coordinate carrier interactions. The role supports accounts by resolving shipment issues and ensuring timely hand-off of packages to carriers.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, guiding shipping staff, and driving process improvements within the Quality Management framework. Requires SAP/WMS experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years international shipping experience.
• 2+ years Microsoft Excel experience.
• 3+ years SAP or WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing through shipping systems.
• Coordinate changes in shipping methods as instructed by Management.
• Schedule pick-ups with carrier services.
• Review/investigate issues with carriers regarding shipments.
• Communicate shipment status with Management.
• Monitor shipping area and verify package processing.
• Delegate shipping personnel to maintain service levels.
• Participate in process improvements and Quality Management adherence.
