WebstaurantStore is seeking an Outbound Assistant Manager to support the Outbound Manager in overseeing the shipping department across a shift, focusing on quality, accuracy, and customer experience. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day outbound operations including picking, consolidation, packing, QA, and indirect roles to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Train, coach, develop, and hold accountable up to X employees to achieve operational metrics and meet DC needs.
Collaborate with the Inbound Manager to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and resolve issues as needed.
Provide clear and frequent communication to all teams regarding policies and procedures.
Lead weekly and monthly meetings to review metrics and update on initiatives and projects.
Identify opportunities for productivity growth, cost reduction, and process efficiency improvements.
