Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in overseeing daily operations to ensure productivity and quality while achieving goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide consistent feedback on performance.
• Lead daily team meetings to set expectations and assign tasks.
• Communicate team goals and resolve issues promptly.
• Help develop a cross-trained team that can flex into other departments.
• Maintain daily communication with Outbound teams and management; adjust schedules as needed.
• Provide performance updates and progress to employees on a regular basis.
• Serve as a resource on tasks, policies, and warehouse initiatives.
• Report personnel issues to department leadership for timely resolution.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and timely, with focus on quality.
