Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within the Outbound department, including Picking, Consolidation, Packing, QA, and other indirect roles.
• Train, coach, develop, and hold accountable up to X employees to achieve operational metrics.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for the department and resolve issues.
• Provide clear and frequent communication to all teams on policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings to review metrics and initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities for productivity growth, cost reduction, and process efficiency.
