Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day Outbound department operations (Picking, Consolidation, Packing, QA) with focus on quality and accuracy.
• Work with Outbound Manager to monitor metrics and resolve issues to improve efficiency.
• Provide clear communication of policies and procedures to all teams.
• Lead meetings to review metrics and initiatives, and support leadership on projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
