Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day outbound operations: picking, packing, QA and related roles.
• Train, coach, and develop team; hold accountable up to X employees to meet metrics.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly metrics with inbound to resolve issues.
• Provide clear communication of policies and procedures to teams.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings with leadership on metrics and initiatives.
