Job summary

Young Nissan of Riverdale is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Outbound Call Specialist to join the Young Automotive Group in Utah. You’ll make outbound and inbound calls to schedule service appointments, remind on maintenance, and support the service team.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interest in growth opportunities within the organization.
Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
