AutoNation is seeking an Outbound BDC Agent in Irving, TX to handle high-volume outbound service campaigns and schedule appointments for multiple dealership service departments.

You will drive customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain KPI performance in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of outstanding customer service, especially outbound scheduling.
• Proficiency reading and writing and following written instructions.
• Experience using computer systems, CRM/call center technology, and scheduling software.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage high-volume outbound campaigns (calls, texts, emails) to schedule service appointments.
• Build relationships with customers and coordinate appointments with dealership Service Departments.
• Deliver a peerless customer experience while meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed on service offerings to provide accurate information and solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Departments and internal partners to optimize scheduling.
