Job summary

Act Bold Media Group is seeking an SDR to build and own a multi-channel outbound engine from Los Angeles. You will identify target accounts, craft personalized sequences, and book discovery calls for the AE team while maintaining clean Zoho CRM data.

You will track weekly metrics and help evolve the outbound playbook. The role offers a clear path to AE within 12–18 months and is based at our Century Boulevard office near LAX.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years SDR or B2B outbound experience.
• Strong writing instincts for effective outreach.
• Comfort on the phone for cold dials and qualification calls.
• Comfort with rejection and data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with a modern outbound stack (Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for AE team.
• Own pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy.
• Report on weekly conversion metrics.
• Contribute to outbound playbook iteration.
