Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Outbound SDR experience is necessary.
• Experience prospecting into HR roles for SaaS tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified prospects through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Schedule appointments for the Business Development team.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with leads.
• Keep the sales pipeline full.

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

Experience with ZoomInfo data
