Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound sales, SDR/BDR or high-volume phone role.
• Comfort with phone-first outreach and daily activity.
• Disciplined and consistent in hitting targets.
• Clear, confident communication and quick objection handling.
• Organized, CRM‑fluent, and able to maintain clean data.
• Coachable, competitive, and driven to win.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outbound activities (dials, emails, follow-ups) to home service business owners.
• Book and qualify demos for the sales team; demos are the primary output.
• Execute sequences in Instantly and log activity in Dialpad.
• Keep HubSpot up-to-date and maintain data hygiene.
• Research accounts with potential high fit and prioritize outreach.
