Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively reach out to existing accounts, develop opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs. You will drive outbound calls, qualify leads, and present Ecommerce capabilities to customers.

Success requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across branches while maintaining a sense of urgency to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years in sales or related field.
• Proven ability to make proactive outbound calls and identify customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM and sales tooling (LinkedIn, MS Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned accounts to grow sales opportunities.
• Identify and quote products to expand volume with key decision makers.
• Coordinate with customer service for order entry, tracking and technical needs.
• Collaborate across branch and division teams to meet customer requirements.
• Keep CRM up to date with follow ups and active quoting opportunities.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities to accounts and train customers on these tools.
