Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to represent the company to customers, proactively calling existing accounts across branch locations to engage and grow sales opportunities. You will collaborate with branch and division teams to ensure customer needs are met and that ecommerce capabilities are presented and trained.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related sales experience.

Proactive outbound calling and ability to identify add-on sales opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively makes outbound calls to engage and grow sales opportunities across multiple branches.
Collaborates with decision makers to expand volume business and quote/convert sales.
Works with customer service on order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
Updates CRM and stays current on follow-ups and active quotes.
Presents Ecommerce capabilities and trains customers to use these tools.
