Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively reach out to assigned accounts across multiple branches, building relationships and expanding sales opportunities. You will identify needs, quote products, and convert opportunities while coordinating with customer service on order entry and tracking.

You will train customers on ecommerce capabilities and collaborate with branch and division teams to ensure seamless execution of account requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience making proactive outbound calls and developing sales with assigned accounts.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and collaboration across field teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to engage and develop opportunities across multiple branch locations.
• Identify customer pain points, quote products, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Collaborate with customer service for order entry, tracking, and technical needs.
• Update CRM to stay current on follow-ups and active quotes.
