Job summary

Mariner Finance is seeking a customer-facing sales professional for a full-time role at a local branch in the United States. You will solicit leads, identify customer needs, present lending solutions, and manage client relationships with a focus on meeting sales goals.

The position offers base pay of $18.00–$22.57 per hour, uncapped bonuses, 15 days PTO and 11 holidays, and opportunities to advance across the network of branches in 28 states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage and learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through solution-focused communication.
• Present loan options clearly, confidently, and compliantly.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
