Job summary

Mariner Finance seeks an energetic, sales-driven professional to join our consumer lending team in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

You will develop opportunities via outbound calls, present loan options, and help customers find suitable financing solutions while meeting branch goals. This position requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn regulatory requirements. On-site hours support a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Highly motivated with interest in consumer finance.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage new sales platforms and technologies.
• Complete functions promptly with accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan solutions clearly, confidently, and compliantly.
• Educate customers on loan terms, payment expectations, and services.
• Help customers resolve account concerns and stay on track.
• L earn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
