Job summary

Mariner Finance in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a motivated, customer-facing sales professional. You will make outbound calls, understand client needs, present lending solutions, and support accounts to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus uncapped bonuses in a sales-driven environment. Expect 15 days of PTO, 11 holidays, steady schedules, and growth opportunities within a national brand across 28 states and 500+ branches.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new sales platforms and technologies.
• Must be able to obtain required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business, follow up on opportunities, and support account relationships.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding individual and branch performance goals.
• Build relationships with customers through respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan options clearly and compliantly; educate customers on terms and services.
